About The Role:
We're looking for a confident, curious and consultative Business Development Executive who enjoys understanding businesses before selling solutions.



This isn't a transactional sales role. You'll engage with founders, CXOs and decision-makers, understand how their business operates, identify operational challenges, and demonstrate how AJEMS can help them build a smarter, more connected business.

What You Will Do:
Identify and connect with founders, business owners, CXOs and enterprisedecision-makers.
Understand how businesses currently manage operations, data and workflows. Conduct discovery meetings to identify operational bottlenecks and business challenges.
Demonstrate how AJEMS can be used to build industry-specific business solutions.
Present AJEMS as a Business Operations & Decision Intelligence Platform, not just another software product.
Generate recent opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and strat
