Role Description The Account Manager role at Amazon Connect is a full-time, in office position based in Tiruppur. In this role, the Account Manager manages customer relationships, ensuring that clients effectively use Amazon Connect solutions to meet their business goals. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their requirements, providing product guidance, coordinating with technical teams to support implementations,



and monitoring account performance and usage. The role involves preparing reports, tracking key metrics, identifying opportunities for expansion, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. The Account Manager also collaborates with internal stakeholders to improve processes and contribute to customer success initiatives.
