We’re Hiring: Accounts Receivable Executive | Ahmedabad

At Sparks & Co, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our growing team.

Candidates with prior UAE accounting experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and issue accurate invoices on a timely basis; make bank entries on a regular and periodic basis.
• Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding balances
• Follow up on overdue payments via calls, emails, and other channels
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure accurate posting of payments
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions
• Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates to management




• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve queries
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Robust understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
• Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks (QBO), Odoo, and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
