About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Pre-Sales Calling Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our products/services.
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and other details clearly.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and interest.
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.




Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
Provide regular updates on lead status and customer feedback.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Knowledge of Kannada or Telugu is an added advantage.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
