Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety & Security Team Leader based at Six Senses Vana in Dehradun. The Safety & Security Team Leader oversees the daily security operations across the retreat, ensuring the safety of guests, team members, property, and information assets. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring security staff,



coordinating incident response, monitoring physical and digital security systems, and implementing policies that support a secure and calm workplace. The role involves conducting risk assessments, supervising access control and surveillance, liaising with external agencies when required, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety guidelines and standards. The Safety & Security Team Leader collaborates with other departments to integrate security awareness into overall operations while supporting the retreat’s mission of wellbeing and service.
