Role Description The Client Support role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. This role involves providing first-line support to healthcare clients using MEDAS software solutions, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through system functionalities. The Client Support skilled will log and track support tickets,



coordinate with technical teams for escalations, and ensure timely resolution of problems. Daily responsibilities also include training end users, documenting recurring issues and solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. The role requires clear communication with clients, adherence to service-level commitments, and a robust focus on customer satisfaction in a healthcare IT environment.
Qualifications

• Customer service and client support skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional communication.
• Technical aptitude in software applications, basic troubleshooting, and understanding of ERP or healthcare information systems.
