Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Keerthi Engineering Works in Bengaluru. The role involves managing existing customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and orders.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, preparing quotes, tracking order status, and resolving any issues related to product quality or service. The Account Manager will identify opportunities for account growth, follow up on leads, and support the development of long-term contracts with industrial clients. This position also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing basic sales and account reports, and supporting management with insights on customer needs and market trends.
