Your Tasks
• Define and maintain TÜV SÜD’s global Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) governance framework, policies, minimum standards, roles, and escalation processes.
• Develop and execute the global OH&S; strategy and roadmap, with focus on high-risk activities such as laboratory, field inspection, electrical, travel, contractor, and lone-worker safety.
• Establish and manage global OH&S; reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and management reviews, ensuring transparency of risks, incidents, and performance trends.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 45001-aligned management systems, self-assessments, assurance activities, and audit programs.
• Lead and coordinate the global network of regional and local Health & Safety Managers, providing guidance, support, and capability development.
• Oversee the escalation, investigation, root cause analysis, and follow-up of significant incidents, near misses, and systemic safety risks.
• Integrate OH&S; governance into the broader Technical Compliance & Quality Management (TCQM) framework, leveraging common processes for audits, CAPA, management reviews, risk management, and reporting.
Your Qualifications
• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
• Extensive experience in global or multi-country OH&S;, OHSE, Quality, Compliance, Audit, or Integrated Management System roles within a matrix organization.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 45001, risk management, incident
