About Trinetra and the RoleTrinetra is building an AI filmmaking platform that takes a creator from idea to finished, localised film: script, storyboard, characters, video, voice, dubbing, music, editing and distribution. We combine our own models for multilingual dubbing, script intelligence and video with the best third-party models, and wrap them in workflows creators can actually finish a film with. We are backed by Zee through ZBEL and have a live distribution partner in Bullet, a leading Indian microdrama platform, which gives us real content and real users on day one.
We are hiring a Lead - Product to own what Trinetra builds, in what order, and whether it works. You will be the first senior product leader. This is a builder role: you will write specs, sit with creators, look at generation quality yourself, and ship every week, while also hiring and leading a small group of product managers.

Full time, early leadership, meaningful equity

This role is a fit if you have shipped a creative or developer tool and want to build one at the frontier of generative media. It is not a fit if you need a large team, a mature roadmap process, or time to plan before you ship.

What You Will OwnYou are accountable for outcomes, not a backlog.
• Product strategy and sequencing. Decide which creator workflow Trinetra wins first and what waits. Our core surfaces are storyboard-to-video, dubbing and localisation, face and character consistency, and Vidya, our AI agent that orchestrates them. You decide the order based on creator value and unit economics.
• Activation and creator success. Own the path from first visit to a finished film. Define activation, instrument it, and raise it every month.
• Monetisation and pricing. Design plans, credits and usage-based pricing together with Finance and AI Econom
