Role Description The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote Ambrotech’s industrial and engineering solutions, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Day-to-day activities include explaining product features and benefits,



sharing pricing and offer details, following up with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM or sales tracking system. The role involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams to schedule meetings, prepare quotations, and ensure timely order processing and client communication. The Tele Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, support promotional campaigns, and contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. This is a full time, in office role based in Patna.
Qualifications
• Robust telecalling and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly over the phone.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing or advancing opportunities.
