Role Description The Customer Care Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for patients, doctors, and partners. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information on diagnostic services, test procedures,



and reports, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The role involves coordinating with laboratory and operations teams to track samples, expedite report delivery, and address service-related concerns. The Customer Care Officer will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow escalation protocols when necessary, and support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. This role also requires adherence to company policies, data privacy standards, and a strong focus on empathy and patient-centric communication.
