Role Description The Associate Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, nurturing leads,



and building long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. The person in this position will conduct cold calling, prospecting & profiling of potential clients, support the development of sales strategies, prepare proposals and presentations, and coordinate with the design and construction teams to align client expectations with project capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a pipeline of prospects, tracking sales metrics, participating in client meetings and site visits, and contributing to marketing initiatives that promote Poetry Designs’ sustainable home solutions. The role also involves gathering client feedback to improve service offerings and supporting senior leadership in achieving revenue and growth targets.
