nJob Description International contact Center (Voice Process - Inbound calls)

nExperience: 5+ years in Voice/Customer Service, with minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience
n

nQualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

nKey Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and motivate customer service advisorsn




Drive team KPIs across productivity, quality, customer experience and adherencen
Conduct performance reviews, coaching and action plansn
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolutionn
Ensure process, quality and compliance adherencen
Support continuous improvement initiativesn

n

nPreferred: Banking / Financial Services / Mortgage domain experience.
n

nCandidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays .
