Landmark Crafts Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Plant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Zinc Plating and Heat Treatment facilities.
This is primarily an operations and people-management role. We are looking for someone who can lead shop-floor teams, coordinate activities across departments, maintain discipline and ensure smooth daily production. Deep technical expertise in zinc plating or heat treatment is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supervisors, operators and shop-floor manpower
Monitor daily production and achievement of targets
Plan and coordinate manpower allocation and workflow
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Management
Monitor breakdowns, downtime and production delays and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain shop-floor discipline and accountability
Ensure safety procedures and SOPs are followed
Identify operational bottlenecks and support their resolution
Maintain daily production and operational reporting
Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency and overall plant functioning
Who We’re Looking For
Prior experience in manufacturing/plant operations
Strong people-management and leadership skills
Hands-on and practical approach to shop-floor management
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to take ownership and independently follow through on tasks
Experience in fasteners, metal processing, zinc plating or heat treatment is an advantage, but not mandatory
Diploma/B.Tech or other relevant technical qualification preferred
