Role Description This is a full time, in office Warehouse Manager role based in Silvassa. The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished goods to support mobile phone manufacturing activities. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels,
monitoring stock movements, implementing stock control procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role involves leading and supervising warehouse staff, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and security standards. The Warehouse Manager is expected to optimize space utilization, improve workflow efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes.
Qualifications
• Strong stock control and inventory control skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
• Experience in inventory management and operations management within a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of forklift operation and material handling equipment, with a focus on protected and efficient movement of goods.
