Bern AI Lab develops AI products that help businesses make informed decisions. Our equity intelligence platform, ARGUS, helps investment specialists analyse financials, news, company developments, sentiment and investment theses. We also offer APIs for integration into institutional research workflows.

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to help grow ARGUS across India and international markets.
You will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, conduct discovery calls and support product demonstrations and trials. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, who will support complex demonstrations, proposals and closing.
Our target customers include asset managers, hedge funds, banks, brokerages, portfolio management firms, family offices and equity research teams.

Key responsibilities
• Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.




• Generate opportunities through personalised emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls and referrals.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and research workflows.
• Learn ARGUS and deliver introductory product demonstrations.
• Coordinate detailed demonstrations with the founder and product team.
• Follow up with trial users, gather feedback and arrange review meetings.
• Support proposals, commercial discussions and conversion into paid customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, meeting notes and next steps.
• Work with the junior sales representative on account research and outreach.
• Share customer feedback to improve product positioning and sales materials.

What we are looking for
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or inside sales.
