Role Description This is a full time,



in office Speech Therapist role based at Dr. Austin’s Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre in Arakkonam. The Speech Therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children, using standardized tools and clinical observations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering individualized therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting intervention plans based on each child’s response. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and working closely with families to provide home programs, caregiver education, and strategies to support communication in everyday settings. The Speech Therapist will also contribute to developmental assessments, participate in case discussions, and uphold evidence-informed and ethical clinical practices.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Speech Therapy, including assessment, treatment
