Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter specializing in Campus Hiring, Lateral Hiring, and Leadership Hiring from tier colleges. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes for various levels of roles. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with tier colleges, planning and executing campus hiring drives,



and managing talent pipelines for lateral and leadership positions. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align hiring strategies with business needs, and ensure a structured and fair selection process. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment data, tracking metrics, and continuously improving outreach, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications

• Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring, preferably with exposure to tier colleges.
• Solid skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination.
