About the RoleSrujan Infotech is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert them into customers.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of website design & development, digital marketing, branding, and advertising services and be confident in client communication and sales.
Key Responsibilities• Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Identify and approach businesses that require website and digital marketing solutions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Promote services such as:
• Website Design & Development
• SEO & Google Business Profile
• Social Media Marketing
• Google & Meta Ads
• Branding & Creative Designing
• WhatsApp Marketing
• Digital Advertising




• Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified prospects into clients.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development / Sales / Digital Marketing Sales preferred.
• Positive communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with calling and client meetings.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and website services.
• Robust negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
