You organize the Team in India to execute a FACTS Upgrade / Refurbishment Project. - You organize the Team and take care of that the Experts are working on the required Tasks. - you know what the next required Step and coordinate with the Client in the World to ensure that your Team is working according to the Project Plan which you did influence.
In a Meeting with the Customer, you go over all the scheduled Task for the Outage and prepare and review the required Documentation.
A certain part of your working time will be dedicated to share and use your expertise in your global expert community and beyond. This will connect you with people and challenges outside of your organization. You develop and choose technical Solutions and coordinate with Central governance and you Team.
You continuously strive to realize synergies and you are a trusted partner in your expert community. You have an energizing,
cooperative spirit like sharing and growing your expertise. You carry a distinct passion for finding technical solutions and business prospects for Siemens Energy to help our company leading the global energy transformation.
How You’ll Make An Impact
• You are the expert in installed base / technologies for FACTS Systems with Focus on C&P;
• You bring a good C&P; KnowHow for the HVDC technologies Systems
• You are a mentor and trainer for your Team.
• You develop Concepts and Project Plans as well as Schedules for Projects
• You coordinate with Client and review technical specification and take care of that the Team is developing what is in line with the specifications and internal guidelines
• You actively support solution finding for issues in old FACTS systems, to find creative solutions & workarounds & making systems future ready
• You support customers, tech. departments, new built colleagues with technical input and
