Role Description The Senior Accounts Receivable Caller is a full time, in office role based in Chennai. This role involves making outgoing calls to insurance providers and other payers to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and secure timely payments.



The individual will review patient account information, verify claim status, document all interactions accurately in the system, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing aging reports, prioritizing high-impact accounts, adhering to client and regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve collection efficiency. The role also requires meeting performance targets, maintaining qualified communication, and contributing to process improvements in the revenue cycle function.
