Role Description The Billing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end billing operations for the real estate business. This position manages the billing cycle, including preparing and issuing invoices, validating billing data, and ensuring timely collections and accurate revenue recognition.



The Billing Manager will coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to verify contract terms, maintain customer records, resolve billing discrepancies, and support audits. Daily tasks include monitoring billing systems, generating regular reports, analyzing billing trends, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
