About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact, high-octane Content Sales Lead to drive revenue from social and video content across the North region. This is a key position for someone who can sell creative content solutions — not just media inventory — to brands, and who thrives on building compelling, IP-driven pitches that convert into real business. The ideal candidate brings a sharp creative sensibility, solid brand-side relationships, and a genuine passion for content, paired with the hustle to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Ownership
• Own and drive revenue targets for social/video content sales across the North region
• Identify, pitch, and close brand partnerships and content-led deals (integrations, branded content, custom IPs, sponsorships)
• Build and manage a solid pipeline of brand and agency relationships to consistently deliver against revenue goals

Creative Solutioning & IP Development
• Lead creative solutioning for brand briefs — translating business objectives into compelling content concepts and formats




• Develop and pitch original content IPs/franchises that can be monetized across multiple brand partners
• Work closely with the content/creative team to ensure pitched ideas are both creatively robust and commercially executable
• Stay on top of social/video content trends, platform shifts, and audience behavior to keep pitches sharp and relevant

Brand & Agency Relationship Management
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with brand marketing teams and media/creative agencies
• Act as a trusted solutions partner to brands — understanding their marketing objectives and proposing content-led solutions that go beyond standard ad sales
• Represent the organization at industry events, brand meetings, and pitch presentations

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with the in-house brand/content team to co-create pitches, decks, and proposals
• Work with Production/Content teams to ensure smooth execution
