The role
Antinorm is hiring a Marketing Lead to own the marketing team, every product launch, and brand and B2B strategy. You will run the team day-to-day, be the single point of contact from shoot to launch, and decide what Antinorm should and should not do as a brand.

Key responsibilities
Team management
• Lead the marketing team and set explicit daily requirements for each member.
• Track fulfilment against those requirements every day and unblock work that is stuck.
• Give creative and strategic direction so output stays on-brand and on-brief.
• Own timelines and make sure every deliverable ships on time.
• Run regular reviews to keep quality high and priorities explicit.
Meta and deliverables
• Understand how Meta (Facebook and Instagram) works for a D2C brand: ad formats, creative requirements, placements and what performs.
• Work with the performance agency so creatives match what the ads need.




• Read creative performance and feed learnings back into the next round of briefs.
Shoots and launches
• Be the main point of contact for every launch, from the first shoot brief to go-live.
• Plan and run product, campaign and content shoots: concept, moodboards, shot lists, talent, locations and budgets.
• Be on set to direct and make sure the output is usable across Meta, website and marketplaces.
• Source, brief and negotiate with agencies, photographers, production houses and creators, and close them with a clear understanding of scope, cost and quality.
• Coordinate the launch calendar across content, performance, website and retail so everything lands on the same day.
Brand strategy and B2B
• Own brand strategy: decide what Antinorm should do, and just as importantly what it should not.
• Guard the brand's positioning, tone and visual identity across every touchpoint.
• Head B2B marketing, including partnerships, retail and distributor communication,
