Fyntres Partners Private Limited (“Fyntres” or the “Company”) is a Navi Mumbai-based qualified services firm providing financial and transaction advisory services. The Company undertakes assignments across areas including financial due diligence, valuation, financial analysis and other transaction-related advisory services.
The Company operates through engagement teams comprising professionals at different levels, with assignments generally supervised by senior specialists. Its activities involve analysis of financial and operational information, preparation of client deliverables, identification of key findings and issues, interaction with client and target management, and support in execution of transaction-related assignments.
Role Description
• The Consultant role is part of the Financial Due Diligence (“FDD”) team and involves supporting and executing financial due diligence and vendor due diligence (“VDD”) assignments.
• Consultants are responsible for undertaking financial analysis and contributing to the preparation of FDD/VDD reports under the supervision of Managers and Directors.
• Key responsibilities include conducting end-to-end financial due diligence, analyzing financial information including trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, and identifying unusual trends, variances and other matters requiring further investigation.
• The role also involves performing detailed financial analysis, identifying potential issues and framing relevant questions for discussion with client or target management.
• Consultants may independently execute smaller assignments or support larger engagements as part of a wider transaction team.
• Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing sections of FDD/VDD reports, reviewing data books and supporting schedules prepared in accordance with project requirements and skilled standards, and ensuring that analyses and deliverables are appropriately supported.
