As a Product Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for customers and users of IDEA StatiCa in the Benelux. The focus of this role is on technical support, knowledge sharing, and content creation.
You will help engineers use IDEA StatiCa effectively, answer technical questions via email and other channels, and ensure that customers can quickly and confidently move forward with their projects. In addition, you will deliver demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and training sessions for customers and prospects, and support the local team with technical and commercial activities.
You will be an important link between IDEA StatiCa and structural engineers across the Benelux,
helping users get the maximum value from our software.
