About BrewdMediaBrewdMedia is a branding, content and advertising agency working with ambitious brands across hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, consumer and other growth categories.
We’re building a lean content production model — combining an in-house creative team with a large network of creators, freelancers and production partners.
And we're looking for someone who can help us make that machine work.

The RoleAs a Creative Content Producer, you'll be responsible for turning ideas into content.
You'll work closely with our creative, design and strategy teams to plan and produce social content, short-form videos, advertising creatives, product content and campaign assets for BrewdMedia and our clients.

This isn't a role where you'll simply receive a brief, shoot something and hand it over.
We want someone who can look at a brief and say:
"Here's the idea. Here's how we should shoot it. Here's what we need. Here's how we'll make it work."

What you'll doContent Planning
• Translate creative briefs into practical production plans.




• Develop concepts and treatments for reels, short-form videos, ads and social content.
• Plan shot lists, locations, props, talent and production requirements.
• Work with the creative team to develop content that is platform and audience appropriate.

Production
• Coordinate and execute shoots for clients and BrewdMedia.
• Direct easy shoots and manage talent/creators when required.
• Coordinate freelance photographers, videographers, editors, stylists and other production resources.
• Manage rented equipment and production vendors.
• Ensure shoots stay within agreed timelines and budgets.

Post-Production
• Work closely with editors to take content from raw footage to final output.
• Understand pacing, hooks, transitions, sound, captions and visual storytelling.
• Review and quality-check edits before client delivery.
• Create straightforward edits independently when required.
