Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full time, in office role based in Dehradun, responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic clients. In this position, the individual will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understand client objectives, and align Franciscan’s e-solutions to their business needs.



Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams such as project managers, designers, and developers; overseeing project delivery to ensure timelines and quality standards are met; and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. The Key Account Manager will regularly analyze account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients. The role also involves handling escalations, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to long-term account planning and retention strategies.
