Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kochi with flexibility for partial work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with founders and SME owners,



and manage a structured sales pipeline from prospecting through closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering tailored pitches, collaborating with the marketing team to align service offerings with client needs, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, tracking performance against targets, and providing feedback to the delivery teams to improve service positioning and client outcomes. The Business Development Manager will also represent the agency at relevant events, online communities, and networking forums to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
