Role Description The Branch Sales Manager – Business Banking is a full time, in office role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for driving business banking sales and branch-level revenue growth.



This role includes acquiring and managing business banking customers, promoting products such as current accounts, term deposits, cash management services, trade finance, and working capital solutions. The Branch Sales Manager will lead and mentor a sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure high-quality customer service and relationship management. The role involves coordinating with internal product, credit, and operations teams, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular sales reports and performance analyses.
