About the RoleDhaniti Fintech is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with solid hands-on experience in frontend and backend development.
You will develop and maintain web applications, backend services, APIs, database solutions, and integrations. You will work with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Security teams and will be involved in development, testing, deployment, and production support.





The role is suited to a developer who is comfortable taking a feature from requirement → development → testing → deployment → production support.

What You Will Do• Develop web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Develop or integrate services using Python and FastAPI, where required.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Build reusable frontend components and maintain positive frontend performance.
• Design database tables and queries and improve database performance.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, and where required MongoDB and Redis.
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and other application security controls.
• Develop background jobs, asynchronous processes, and integrations where required.
• Fix bugs and resolve application performance, reliability, and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development and coding standards.
