About Huts4u
Huts4u is a growing travel-tech platform offering adaptable hotel bookings, including hourly and full-day stays. We are expanding our hotel partner network across Odisha and are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential hotel partners through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Present Huts4u's platform, services, and partnership benefits to hotel owners and managers.
• Onboard recent hotel partners and ensure their property listings are successfully completed.
• Regularly travel across Bhubaneswar and Puri for hotel visits, meetings, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel partners.
• Achieve monthly hotel onboarding and sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth.




• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth partner onboarding and operations.

Requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage field-sales activities effectively.
• Basic knowledge of sales, hospitality, or the travel industry is preferred.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and frequent travel between Bhubaneswar and Puri.
• Candidates with access to a two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
• Candidates should have access to a laptop for reporting, onboarding, and operational activities.
