Role Description The Product Manager – Timken Bearings will oversee the Purchase team and Sales team for Timken bearing solutions, ensuring profitable growth and strong market positioning. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Ahmedabad, involving close collaboration with sales, technical, and procurement teams. The Product Manager will also track sales performance, maintain accurate product documentation, and contribute to marketing initiatives, including product promotions, customer visits, and industry events.

Qualifications
• Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, pricing, and portfolio planning for industrial or power transmission products.
• Experience in the Bearings industry a must especially in Sales/Marketing.
• Technical knowledge of bearings and related mechanical or rotating equipment, with the ability to understand specifications, applications, and performance requirements.
• Business development and sales support capabilities, including customer relationship management, negotiation, and preparation of technical-commercial offers.
