Role Description The Head of Events internship role is an in office position based in Siliguri, responsible for planning, coordinating,



and executing academic and promotional events for NEXIS School of Business. The intern will manage event calendars, liaise with faculty, industry partners, and vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for workshops, seminars, student activities, and outreach events. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts aligned with the school’s experiential learning philosophy, creating timelines, overseeing budgets, coordinating marketing materials, and tracking attendance and feedback. The Head of Events will collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to support brand visibility, manage guest speakers, and maintain high-quality participant experiences. This internship offers hands-on exposure to event management in an educational setting and the chance to contribute to NEXIS’s growing community.
