Purpose

Lead complex digital platform initiatives across the organization by driving cross-functional coordination,



technical program execution, and operational excellence. Partner with engineering, marketing, design, and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-performing web experiences and digital infrastructure aligned to business priorities.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of digital platform and web infrastructure programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment between business priorities, technical implementation, and delivery timelines to ensure successful execution of web initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, design, analytics, and IT teams to coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and remove blockers.
• Own program planning activities including roadmap coordination, prioritization, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
• Facilitate agile program execution through sprint planning support, backlog coordination, release tracking, and delivery governance.
