Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct on-site visual, tactile, and measurement-based inspections of apparel and footwear at various production stages.
• Identify and document defects (stitching, sizing, color deviation, material flaws) using standardized quality checklists.
• Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to escalate non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform random sampling and AQL-based inspections in line with client or industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and digital logs for traceability and audit readiness.
• Train junior inspectors and support continuous improvement of QC processes.
