DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN – LEAD GENERATION
Location: Ramagondanahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore
Work Mode: In office | Monday–Friday
Timing: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Stipend: ₹10,000/month + incentives up to ₹15,000 based on performance and lead generation
Experience: Minimum 6 months
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing professional who thinks like a business owner and is passionate about generating real business results.

Your Core ResponsibilityGenerate quality leads and help our businesses grow organically.
You will work across:
• SEO and organic growth
• Website audit, optimisation and visibility
• Google and social media marketing
• Content creation, blogs, reels and short-form videos
• AI-powered content and video creation
• Using ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for research, content, marketing and productivity
• Lead generation campaigns and conversion optimisation
• Tracking results and continuously improving what works

You will work on multiple brands,



including JustHR and Mann Therapy, and get the opportunity to work on real businesses from strategy to execution.
