Job Role – Real Estate Sales Manager
Experience – 12 to 15 Years
Location – Ahmedabad, GJ

Roles & Responsibilities:

A) Pre-Planning & Project Development:

• Land Acquisition: Participate actively in the land purchase process and strategic location selection.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market surveys to drive effective project planning.
• Project Viability: Analyze project planning and 'financial working models to ensure long-term viability.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with the engineering and architecture teams for optimal project design and unit planning.
• Banking Liaison: Manage the Approved Project Funding (APE) process with financial institutions.

B) Sales & Commercial Operations:

• Lead Conversion: Manage and oversee inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
• Channel Partner Management: Conduct Strategic broker meetings to generate recent business and gather market updates.
• Relationship Management: Maintain robust public relations (PR) with existing clients and Channel Partners (CP) for referral business.




• Deal Closure: Lead final negotiations and high-value meetings with clients to ensure smooth sales closures.
• Management Approvals: Facilitate and secure all sales and after-sales approvals required from upper management.

C) After-Sales Support:

• Receivables Management: Supervise the sales team to ensure timely payment follow-ups and collection.
• Loan Facilitation: Coordinate with the team to streamline client loan processes and payment disbursements when necessary.
• Customer Resolution: Address and resolve -handover client queries effectively to maintain satisfaction.

D) Financial Administration:

• Cash Flow Oversight: Monitor and approve cash inflows, Outflows, and financial entries for accountability.

E) Handover & Possession Management:

• Smooth Transition: Ensure a seamless and effective handover process for both individual units and the overall project scheme.
