Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Clinical Services Manager to oversee and support clinical service operations for our US-based behavioral healthcare organization.



The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for supporting clinical workflows, coordinating with providers and clinical teams, monitoring service quality and operational performance, and ensuring that clinical processes are implemented effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Psychology or a related clinical discipline, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience working in a behavioral healthcare or clinical services workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day clinical service operations and ensure effective coordination between clinical providers, operations, and support teams
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with psychologists, therapists, psychiatric providers, and other clinical professionals to support smooth clinical operations
