Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition partner for our technology team. This role is ideal for a seasoned hands-on recruitment professional with a strong expertise in Sourcing, Stake Holder management, market intelligence and hiring strategy within a fast paced and evolving setting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building high-performing technology teams by partnering closely with business leaders,
driving innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring operational excellence and governance.

• Manage recruitment lifecycle for technology hiring across various skill & levels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand the workforce needs and design an effective hiring strategy.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing approaches through market mapping, networking, referrals, social platforms and direct talent engagements.
• Build solid pipelines for niche and critical technology talent.
• Deliver seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive hiring efficiency by identifying prospects for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement within recruitment operations.
