Role Description This is a full time, on-site Plant Engineer role based in Bengaluru, focused on nutraceutical manufacturing. The Plant Engineer will manage day-to-day plant engineering activities, including oversight of utilities, equipment maintenance, and plant operations to ensure smooth, protected, and efficient production. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring preventive and breakdown maintenance, supporting GMP compliance, coordinating validation activities, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.



The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing power generation and energy usage, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining detailed documentation and reports related to plant performance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Plant Engineering and Plant Operations for nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Power Generation and utility systems management, including energy efficiency and uninterrupted supply.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation engineering, with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry).
