Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to lead our inside sales function with a solid focus on US clients and international markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in lead generation and outbound sales, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and drive the Inside Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and lead-generation targets.
• Handle US-based clients/prospects and develop strong professional relationships with international customers.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, databases, and other outbound channels.
• Manage the complete lead-generation and inside-sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to appointment setting/conversion.
• Set individual and team targets,



track performance, and ensure achievement of defined KPIs.
• Monitor daily sales activities, call volumes, lead quality, conversions, and pipeline performance.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, lead generation, conversions, and revenue.
• Understand US market requirements and maintain a solid customer-centric approach.
• Ensure high standards of qualified communication, follow-up, and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
