The Role We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead backend engineering initiatives and a team of engineers building scalable, high- performance systems that power real-world business workflows. The role requires robust hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to lead a team, drive engineering practices, manage delivery, and ensure the quality and scalability of solutions. You will work closely with product managers, architects, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. IMPACT What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Own features and technical initiatives end-to-end: design → development → testing → deployment → production support.
• Understand business and product requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Assign tasks, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of team commitments.




• Conduct technical discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring within the team.
• Identify technical risks, blockers, and dependencies and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following robust engineering principles.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Optimize application performance across CPU, memory, database queries and GC behavior.
• Participate in and drive technical design and architectural discussions.
• Contribute to architectural improvements and long-term platform scalability.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding quality standards, design principles and engineering best practices.
