Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Associate role based in Bengaluru North. The Real Estate Associate will guide clients through the property selection and transaction process, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable options, and arranging site visits. The role involves coordinating with developers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate projects,



and advising on market trends and pricing. The Real Estate Associate will handle inquiries, prepare basic documentation related to offers and agreements, and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience from first contact to closure. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to support marketing activities, lead management, and client relationship building.
Qualifications

• Solid client advisory and relationship management skills, including the ability to understand individual needs and build trust.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably metro and Bengaluru North markets, with the ability to interpret property trends and pricing.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with explicit spoken and written English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
