Role Description This is an in office internship role for a Company Secretary Trainee based in Mangaluru. The trainee will assist in handling corporate and allied law compliances,



including preparation and filing of forms with MCA and ROC, maintaining statutory registers, and supporting annual and event-based compliances. Daily tasks will include conducting legal and regulatory research, drafting and reviewing basic corporate documents, and supporting work related to company and LLP incorporations, post-incorporation compliances, and corporate governance matters. The trainee may also assist in documentation for FEMA, FDI and foreign investment advisory, support work related to NCLT matters and compounding proceedings, and coordinate with clients to gather information and documentation. The role offers exposure to practical secretarial work, client interactions, and governance frameworks across different types of businesses.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing Company Secretary (CS) course, with preference for candidates who have completed at least the Executive level.
• Solid understanding of basic company law concep
