Role Description The Team Leader role at UniCompare is a full-time, on-site position based in Sadar. The Team Leader will oversee a small cross-functional team, coordinate daily activities, and ensure that performance goals and project milestones are met. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and support, and facilitating effective communication within the team and with other departments.



The role involves tracking operational metrics, identifying process improvements, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services and solutions for partner institutions and students. The Team Leader will also support team development through coaching, feedback, and collaboration in a quick-paced EdTech setting.
