Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sale Executive to deliver an exceptional jewellery buying experience, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage customers and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
• Develop robust knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery, 4Cs, materials, and certifications.
• Present products confidently and communicate their features, craftsmanship, and value.
• Build customer relationships and conduct effective follow-ups.
• Assist with orders, inventory, visual merchandising, and day-to-day showroom operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well Spoken English
• Solid customer-service and sales orientation.
• Previous jewellery or luxury retail experience preferred but not necessary (training will be provided)
