Role Description

The Franchise Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for Starting and managing the company’s franchise network.

This role involves identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise sales process, and conducting regular lead generation activities through meetings, events, and digital channels.

The manager will develop business plans with franchisees,



support them through onboarding and training, and ensure adherence to brand standards and operating guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, conducting market analysis, preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to support franchise performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Solid franchise sales and franchising skills, with experience managing franchise acquisition and agreements.
• Ability to develop and review business planning activities, including revenue forecasts and market expansion strategies.
• Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management using both online and offline channels.
• Experience in delivering training and ongoing support to franchise partners on processes, systems, and brand standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
