We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Senior Analyst to join our financial sector client's well established Global Security Command Centre team, based in Gurgaon. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring and responding to security incidents, ensuring the safety of the company's global assets, personnel, and facilities. This position requires robust attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor security systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and other technologies to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.
• Promptly assess and escalate security threats, emergencies, and incidents to the appropriate personnel and teams.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to manage security incidents, coordinating with in office personnel, law enforcement, and third-party vendors as needed.
• Document all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in a detailed and accurate manner.




• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and external partners to provide updates on ongoing incidents and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Assist in conducting regular security checks of facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting any anomalies or vulnerabilities and participate in all security audits.
• Participate in training programs to maintain and enhance knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and technology updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review security processes and recommend improvements based on observed trends and incident analyses.
• Support the Shift Lead and other team members in various tasks related to security operations.
• Stay informed about global security trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security management.
