Role Description The Seller Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing and optimizing seller performance on TP’s platforms or partner ecosystems. Day-to-day tasks include managing seller relationships, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring sellers meet quality, service, and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating onboarding activities, providing guidance on platform processes,
and resolving operational issues promptly. The Seller Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as operations, analytics, and customer support to drive seller growth, improve user experience, and achieve business targets. This position requires consistent on-ground engagement, structured reporting, and proactive communication with both sellers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Experience in account management, seller or vendor management, or partner relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in performance monitoring, data interpretation, and use of basic analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) to drive decisions.
• Capabilities in process coordination, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, support, and commercial teams.
